  • How long have you been a dog trainer?
    A decade as of 2025!
  • What’s your process for signing up a new client?
    New clients are provided availability based on dates and times they specify as preferred. Client must provide contact information, dog background and medical information, along with schedule and invoice are all generated in intake process. Typically takes about 5-10 mins when clients are ready to get started.
  • Do you travel to my home?
    Yes! I have clients in six different states. We work on fixing the issue right where it started by addressing owner handling issues along with dog psychology and behaviors.
  • What are your busiest service days?
    My busiest days are typically Saturdays and Sundays with most evening being booked out on average 1-2 weeks.
  • Can I book same day?
    No service is provided same day. Typically booed out 1-2 weeks most cases will need to be scheduled in at least 48 hr advanced. In rare cases I may have morning/evenings available during the week as these tend to be less frequently requested timeframes.
  • What forms of payment do you take?
    Credit or debit cards are accepted forms of payment through the client portal.
  • What is your payment process?
    Payments are due at the same time schedule is generated with a grace period of 24hrs to complete the payment. Schedules are automatically canceled and offered at a first come first serve basis if invoice expires past due date.
  • What is your refund policy?
    Refunds are provided if service agreed upon is canceled at least 24hrs prior to service time scheduled. Any requests submitted after 24hrs have to be submitted in writing with copy of documented emergency attached. True emergencies such as inclement weather, medical, or loss of family member are considered true emergencies. Additional shifts at work, family vacation, inability to maintain schedule due to forgotten appointment will not be considered emergent or appropriate for cancel with in 24hrs of scheduled appointment. Emergency cancel requests are approved on a case by case.
  • Can I board my dog with you if they have not been trained through you?
    All dogs must complete minimum starter course for thorough evaluation to see if they are eligible for vacation board! This is not optional as it keeps my return trained well behaved dogs in safe and controlled environments when their parents are away themselves. There are no breed restrictions only behavioral restrictions. You will need to get your dog evaluated through trainer first the make the decision that makes the most sense for your dog.
  • How much are your services?
    All pricing can be found honestly and transparently under the service tab found on the homepage. If you have questions related to training and are unsure how much training your dog will require or boarding with transportation fees you will need to call in and request an estimate.   • Do you board dogs at your home or kennel?
    Board and trains as well as vacation boards are done right from my home to maintain your dogs daily schedule, needs and socialization they are used to. Your dog will be able to be in a home environment with myself my family and dog to ensure they feel like they are home away from their primary home.
  • Are vaccinations required for training and/or boarding?
    Yes your dog will need to be up-to-date with vaccinations. Medical clearance from a veterinarian with a negative fecal exam is required upon registration. Must be in good health with treatment complete for external parasites with Frontline or similar product. Your dog must have vaccinations for Kennel Cough, Rabies, and Bordatella.
  • What if I get a second dog and want them to do vacation board with my previously trained dog?
    All dogs must be evaluated for training needs/background. If previously worked with dogs gain a sibling that means we gain another reason to advance training level in many cases. Your second dog will need to undergo same process of previous dogs in home.
